Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important factor that companies must achieve in retaining their customers. This study aims to develop brand trust for batik Troso customer satisfaction.  The data analysis method uses quantitative analysis methods.  The object of the study was Batik Troso Method to determine samples by purposive sampling, got a sample of 100 people. The results show that brand trust can develop the satisfaction of Batik Troso customers
